Is Stiffness In The Joints Due To Kanamycin Injections?

I have Extrapulmonary(Bone & Joint) MDRTB. Manifestation was on elbow joint. Have taken Kanamycin injections for 3 months. Now in my 6th month of treatment. Earlier I was doing Gym regularly. Is topped it completely. I am on medication and resumed working. Some stiffness I can feel in other joints I feel. Not much but I feel. Is stiffness because of infection or lack of exercise or injections in pelvic region? Otherwise i have gained 7 kgs of weight and feel good. How much I can exercise and how much should my treatment last? Doctor had said he will reduce dose after 6 months which I will complete
