Is Stale Smelling Urine Symptom Of An UTI?
My 2 and a half year old daughter has a fever of 103.2 that started yesterday. Her doctor examined her and nothing was infected. Now she is grabbing at her diaper and crying ouch in the front. Her urine has on odor that smells like its old and stale. Could this be a UTI or something else?

From the description if fever and foul smelling urine it could be likely Urinary Tract infection . I would suggest you to get Urine routine examination along with Urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity.
She will require empirical treatment with antibiotics.
