Is Spotting After 14 Months Of No Periods Due To Menopause Normal?

I am 45 years old and have now gone 14 months without a period and my OB/GYN had determined 6 months ago that it was pretty sure that I was menopausal. I do have other chronic health issues as well. This evening I began spotting like I was beginning a period. Is this a normal thing for menopause after being period free for this long or should I be concerned?

bleeding after a period of menopause is not common. usually it warrent a investigation like USG abdomen. in my opinion i would like you to go for this test in order to be sure if your uterus lining is healthy or not.
