Hi, I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have very low sperm count. Your motility is good but due to very low count you have problem in conceiving. you should consult gynecologist. You can go for in vitro fertilization. or some other technique.
Consult your gynecologist and take treatment accordingly.
