Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your health concerns..

As per your query it seems that you have a PERIAPICAL CYST formed below the root apex of the tooth where there is swelling..
The Periapical cyst is a painless condition but if it is not taken care of it can increase in size and can lead to excessive destruction of jaw bone..

You should consult an Oral surgeon and get an OPG which is a type of x ray done to rule out the exact cause of the swelling..

In case of Periapical cyst Enucleation or Marsupilization has to be done..

Hope this information helps and thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic..

If you find the answer the please give a Five Star Review and click on found the answer helpful as a token of appreciation..

Thanks and regards.
