Is Sinus Rinse The Only Option To Treat Dry Mucus?
I ve had problem with mucus for a while now. I ve been doing a Sinus Rinse everyday with a fluticasone spray afterwards. Mucus comes from my nose and drips to the back of my mouth. It is nasty and i often have to cough it out. Sometimes it just ends up in the back of my mouth while talking. Specialist says I have lots of dry thick mucus in my nose, but throat is clear. Only treatment is to keep doing my sinus rinse and the spray. I have a little bit of GERD, but no other problems that I know of.

you must meet your doctor to find out why there is so much thick mucus , most common cause for which is a sinus infection. once the infection is taken care of , your symptoms will disappear ,please meet an ent doctor , You can also take a tablet with acetyl cysteine , which will make the mucus thin , so that it will not sick to your throat.
