Hello, Thanks for using HCM. Yes finax (finasteride) is implicated in loss of libido that is generally reversible once you stop the medication. If you continue to have loss of libido after one year of finax than other cause of loss of libido need to be identified as it is unlikely to continue loss of libido after one year of Finax. If you mean to say you stopped finax one month back than you need to wait for few more weeks before there is complete reversal of sexual side effects of finax. If you are suffering with any other medicical disorder that need to be treated effectively In either case the most effective medicine for healthy libido is healthy life style which includes physical and mental fitness.
