Is Shoulder Pain A Result Of Supraspinatus Tendinosis And Bicep Tenosynovitis As Shown Of MRI?

I have servere pain in my left shoulder, just had MRI, results supraspinatus tendinosis, bicep tenosynovitis, degenerative changes to the glenohumeral and acromicoclavicular joint. Had 6 day coarse of oral steroids. Taking ibuprofin also and using Ice packs. Pain subsided for a few days and has now resumed to serever again. What can I do now.

If pain of supraspinatus tendiniosis is not responding to steroid treatment then i would suggest you to get arthroscopic surgery for debridement or repair. This will give you permanent pain relief from this condition.
