hello. It seems I have RA and sometimes my fett hurt when I stand up after sitting for some time. It goes aways quickly. But last Thursday my left foot started hurting when I got up from sitting for one hour (a class) and the pain has not gone away. I do not remember twisting it or any other cause. It hurts on the instep but inside, It hurts when I wlak or put weight on it.
