Is Sever Fatigue And Sedation Normal After Acute Heart Attack Followed By Stent Replacement Surgery?
How do I get rid of belly fat from having babies? I m 43 and need to get rid of it. Also my marriage is falling apart due mostly on my, no sex attitude. I just don t feel in the mood like when I was 23. I really need help here. I think its because my vagina has lost the tightness it had when I was younger. What s can I do about this issues?
I think that you should try healthy diet to loose weigh and vigorous exercise to trim your fat.
Also i suggest to practice Kegel exercise to strengthen your pelvic muscle and to control them better during sex. The most important thing is that no one is perfect and no one stay young forever.
I suggest to consult with a psychologist to help you to deal with your concerns.
Hope it was of help! Dr. Benard
