Is Semen Leakage While Sleeping Normal?
Doctor, Am gowtham my age is 23 am suffering from semen leaking while sleep of everynite; due to this i feel much tired and feel tat my urinary organ gets weak and small in normal 1& half inch please say me better solution to recover from this am awaiting of your reply sir/mam.

Dear goutham relax man.this is absolutely normal at your age.pls stop worrying about this kind of normal processes.
usually during sleep there will be erection during early morning.At that time there will be secretion of some semen which will flow out.
if this process is going on that means your system is working very fine.regarding size of your penis it will grow more with your age baba.....relax enjoy life and read well...regards Dr Vamsi krishna
