Is Seafood Consumption Safe Before Bladder Cauterization?

I an scheduled to have my bladder cauterized next Tues, May 2. In my orders is to stop taking fish oil 10 days before, I have not started taking it yet, but is it okay to eat stuffed clams, or any other seafood? I have developed blockage in 3 of the ducts? In my right eye lid. I am also on Ramipril, it is not on the list to stop taking? I take turkey tail mushroom pills daily because I have polycythemia Vera, I stopped taking them as requested by the doctor. The weak bladder wall has been determined to come from radiation 5years ago from rectal cancer.

Hello,

* According to my long surgical experience, the procedure of bladder cauterisation does not warrant you to go for food intake restrictions.

* But it is the associated triple vessel blockage which mandates strict restrictions pertaining to an intake of high cholesterol items before surgery.

* It is not recommended to consume seafood as per the guidelines.
