Is Ruptured Blister On The Side Of Vagina A Cause For Concern?

I am I have Lupus and 71 years old I have a boil that ruptured on the left side of my vagina its opened its about a quarter of an inch half inch and it s even something out quite I don t know if I need to go to the emergency room or get an antibiotic or I don t know what to do because I cleaned it out blood came out of red and white stuff and now its hurting but its not getting better its getting bigger underneath I don t know what to do can you help me

Hi,
Boil in this region may be due to superficial hair follicle infection or may be due to bertholin cyst infection. If it is ruptured, then it should be cleaned and dressed with an antiseptic like povidone. Antibiotics may be taken in case of low immunity status of the body. Such types of infections are usually bacterial in origin.
