Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you have suffered
It is true that low blood pressure can suffer from less energy but in them which blood pressure has been high for a long time before starting treatment
I reccomend you not to abrupt all medication at once
You can decrease the dosage or control blood pressure often
If low blood pressure persist low, stop medication
Best regards
