Is Rhinocort Aqua Or Fluticone FT Recommended For Cold And Blocked Nasal Passage?

my mother is 60 years old and has 3 bouts of severe cold in the last 2 weeks. she administered Nasopat nasal spray 6 hrs ago. still has sneezing and blocked nasal passages. i am now contemplating administering rhinocort aqua or fluticone FT. which one would be more suitable?

Both are steroid nasal sprays, i would recommend her to go on with fluticone ft nasal spray 2puffs once a day,as it is long acting..
