HI MY NAME IS ANGELICA AND I HAVE 3 CHILDREN ALL OF THEM BY CESAREAN NOT SURE IF I WROTE THAT CORRECTLY.BUT IT HAS BEEN 11 YEARS AGO. AND NOW I WILL LOVE TO HAVE A NEW BABY. BUT NEED A TUBAL LIGATION REVERSAL. WILL I BE ABLE TO QUALIFIED TO GET THE SURGERY AND WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF BECOMING PREGNANT.
