Is Resting Heart Rate Of 95-105 Normal Range?

My resting heart rate is measuring between 95-105? About two months ago, I started having this cough, but my doctor stated that my lungs were clear and she attributed it to allergies. I am a 47 year old African American, and I moderately active (Gym: Cardio and weights 3-4 times per week) Should I be concerned?
