Is Redness In The Corner Of The Eye A Cause For Concern?

my boyfriend was cleaning up the garage an when he threw something it bounced back and hit him in the eye, that was 10 minutes ago and he still has alot of trouble opening it. when he allowed me to look the white in the corner of his eye is very red. he refuses to go to the dr bc wel dont have health insurance?

As mentioned in the history, mechanism of the injury was something hit the eye and now trouble is to open the eye and the corners are red.

Well, to understand this you should visit the ER and get an MRI done or else an opthalmologist will be of help to assess. As the latest technologies help to examine the eye better.

On the prevention note, eye is an important organ and any ignorance is not advised. Also, more than money, the eye is important so please visit the doctor soon.

Delays are not recommended as later stages the doctor also feels helpless but can not say a word too.
