Is Redness And Irritation On Penis Head Due To An Allergic Reaction To Condoms?

I had sex with a random girl a week and a half ago, some of which was unprotected. Now I have some redness and irritation on the skin just below the head of my penis, mostly in the wrinkles of the skin. Could this be an allergic reaction to the condom? I hadn't used one in years before this. Is this something bigger I need to worry about? What is an appropriate amount of time to wait before getting this looked at?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had what can be really called as unprotected sex with a unknown girl.,anad now you have redness of the glans penis and coronal sulcus.

It is difficult to say the exact time frame for getting STD or HIV..

Please get your blood tests and basic screening test for STD and HIV done to be rest assured about acquiring STD or HIV and repeat test for HIV after 4 months.
