is red swollen skin a known side effect of cialis? male 54 bph, on tamsulosin, prescribed both cialis and crestor simultaneously and recently. Had something like hives from crestor and red, swollen, painful skin (size of it growing from 2 days in til I stopped taking it about a week out)

yes...it is a side effect of cialis..
it is given in BPH patients to relieve symptoms.
it is quite uncommon side efdect ..if it realy hampers your day to day activity..consultation of doctor is advise and let the drug doses adjust or change.
