Is Recovery From Testicle Discomfort Possible After Injecting Alcohol?

I injected 3 ml of 50 degrees alcohol in both testicles. The pain was bearable and after 2 hours it disappeared, leaving only some small pain time to time. Next morning I went to work and the testicles got a little bit swollen with some sensitivity and light pain. In the evening they reached normal size. 3rd day I had some small discomfort in the testicles (like a tension). I didn t have fever, nausea or anything else. Question: I did something stupid but are my testicles dead or is there a chance to fully recover or at least have partially functioning testes?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a urologist and get an emergency ultrasound scrotum to assess the vascularity of your testis. There is a possibility of severe testicular damage and if vascularity is impaired, the testis has to be removed.

Hope I have answered your query.
