General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease. But you can achieve proper remission with effective treatment. Applying corticosteroid ad salicylic acid like what you use- Halotoz-s is good. Taking vitamin D supplements is also effective. Avoid soaps and use green gram powder for washing skin. Using coconut oil or liquid paraffin for moisturising skin is also good. Avoid stress , alcohol , cigarettes smoking , using more hot water for bathing etc should be avoided as it can stimulate its occurrence.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
