Is Pregnancy Possible While Suffering From Irregular Vaginal Bleeding?

Hello my name is jaszmine i have few questions that i need answer. Ok i had two positive faint pregnancy test one yesterday and the other one Thursday.yesterday they did a ultrasound and they didnt see no baby they told me that i was too early to see a baby right now so i work up this morning bleeding.so i went to the er and they took a urine sample. And a blood sample and both came back negative but they did another ultrasound and still no baby they still saying im early and if i am pregnant im 4 weeks and 6 days today im still bleeding on and off no blood clots no tissue coming out no nothing no pain either nor cramping can i still be pregnant or did i have a early miscarriage they discharge me saying i had a irregular vaginal bleeding and dysfunctional urine bleeding

According to me U didn't conceived this time n it was not early miscarriage...Its due to hormonal imbalance..the menses get delayed..
*The urine pregnancy test is positive after 6 weeks if last menstrual date.
*But in Ultrasonography it can be seen even 2-3 days from.missed period..The sac will be visible..
*If you want to conceive just start Prenatal Treatment with your gynaecologist..
*You should take some medications to have fruitful and good quality of ovum..so you will have health foetus.
*The medication includes Folic acid tablets..multivitamins..Omega -3 fatty acid rich food and tablets ..
*Have healthy and regular diet
*Most important Don't be tensed or stressed.
