Enlarged bulky uterus could cause problems related to implantation of fertilized ovum and thus could result in failure of conceiving leading to infertility. If the cause for this enlarged and bulky uterus is inflammation, the recommended medications would certainly help to bring back uterus to normal. If left alone, inflammation could aggravate and result in complications later on like forming adhesion, which could make conceiving much more difficult.
