Is Pregnancy Possible While On Birth Control Pills?

I started birth control on the 6th and I missed on the 12th and I took it on the 13th and had unprotected sex that day and then took my regular timed pill that night . So I took two pills in one day . Then on the 14th I went to go get take action , so I took the morning after pill . Will I be okay ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to ' Ask a doctor ' service .
As you have missed just one pill then it is not necessary to take morning after pill .
As you have already taken morning after pill , so there is no chance of pregnancy .
As a rule , extra protection is needed , when pills are missed for two straight days .
