Is Pregnancy Possible While On Primolut N?
Hi! my last periods came on the 5th of july. Next cycle is expected by 1st august. i am planning to delay my periods by taking Primolut. what if while still consuming Primolut i have unprotected sex and then have an ipill? will that still cause preganancy? or if i dont take ipill after unprotected sex and only continue with Primolut what effect will that have? How about stopping Primolut after 7 days of taking it, getting my periods and then having unprotected sex? chances of getting pregnant?

If you had sex when you were on the primolut N then no need to take I pill as primolut N itself act as contraceptives. So chance of pregnancy is nil when you are on Primolut N.
If you will take I pill then period may be delayed by 7 to 10 days after taking it as it contains high progesterone level that prolongs the second phase of cycle.
If you will do sex 2 to 3 days after the period then also pregnancy chance is less as it is safe period and no fertilization occurs during this period.
Primolut acts as contraceptive till you take it.
