Hello, Welcome to ask a doctor services. I have read your query.
Since you are taking Diane 35 ED regularly and you took the pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex, ideally you should not get pregnant. Do continue to take the medicine as prescribed.
If you miss the pills then you may get pregnant. If you are not planning for a baby then you should use condoms it will protect you from pregnancy & STD.
Hope I have answered your query. Take care. Regards, Dr Nupur K
