Hello I appreciate your concern chances of pregnancy is less likely with non penetrating sex or without semen in vagina. Precum may contain spems but chances of pregnancy is very unlikely which you can confirm by doing urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home with eaely morning voided sample. Increased frequency of urine might be related to urine infection so I would advise you to go for urine test for microscopy and culture. Have plenty of fluids which will help in clearing mild infection by flushing off the urogenital tract.
