Is Pregnancy Possible In Women With Central Echogenic Stroma In Ovary?

I am having problem to conceive a baby as i am trying from last 8 months so doctor suggested me for sonography..in this report it is written that both ovaries shows peripherally arranged follicles with central echogenic stroma.Is this a negetive thing for conceiving baby?

The sonography report suggests polycystic ovaries. Polycystic ovaries cause problem in conception, however, treatment is available for polycystic ovary disease. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for management of polycystic ovarian disease.
