Letrozole is an oral non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It decreases the amount of estrogen the body. Hence it has been used for ovarian stimulant. Along with it you may need to be treated for getting your cycles regular by use of medications like birth control pills. Also, you need to reduce weight by means of intake low calorie foods and regular moderate exercise. Kindly get a regular follow-up done and follow advise properly.
