Hi I have pcos n thyroid problem n I m on letrol.this is my 2 bd cycle of letrol.my follicular was 15 mm on my 12th day.when I visited my obg on CD 18 it s shows that my egg already repture n I only have sex on that day only.now what r my chances of getting pregnant?

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a treatable disorder caused due to alteration in hormones leading to irregular menstruation and untimely ovulation, resulting in infertility. Letrozole is an oral non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It decreases the amount of estrogen the body. Hence it has been used for ovarian stimulant. Along with it you may need to be treated for getting your cycles regular by use of medications like birth control pills. Also, you need to reduce weight by means of intake low calorie foods and regular moderate exercise. Kindly get a regular follow-up done and follow advise properly.
