Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Contraceptive Pill?

hi i had sex with my bf for the first time .After the first shot i got bleeding with clots from my vagina and bleeding ended up after 12 hours.I used take an action contraceptive pill 18 hours after sex.what are the chances of me getting pregnant ?i was scared

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. 
As you have taken contraceptive pill with in 72 hours of post sex, chances of becoming pregnant are less.only if the pills you have taken is of correct dosage. Bleeding is common after first time sex due to rupture of hymen, but it's usually only spotting. But you had bleeding for 12 hours with passage of clots so I advise you to see whether it's your regular period which was due.
