Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Unwanted-72?

Hello doctor i need help i am very tensed please help Me and my gf have unprotected sex on 1st of sept. And i had given unwanted 72 in 12 hours after sex, my gf got period on 14 th od sept. It was delayed 7 days from her period, and she had very complications on her period i want to ask is there any chances of pregnancy please help doctor both are very tensed plzzzz

there are very rare chances of failure of emergency contraceptives (unwanted 72) and as you have used the drug within appropriate time period ,it's definetely going to prevent pregnancy .
in your case as your gf has already started bleeding phase of her next menstrual cycle ,there is no need to be worried about pregnancy because in case of pregnancy menstrual cycle gets stopped and there won't be any further bleeding.
Regarding irregularities in menstrual cycle of ur gf ,i would say that these emergency contraceptives contain hormonal pills which intervene with the natural hormonal mechanism of body and thus irregularities are observed for some time which usually gets resoved with next period.
