Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Hello, so, this may be a tad awkward, but I had intercourse with my partner and the condom broke. I took the plan B pill the morning after. I was simply wondering how long I should wait before it s safe to do anything else with him? This occurred on the 13th.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Emergency contraceptive pills are effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse. Morning after pill is most effective when taken immediately after unprotected intercourse. Efficacy declines as time elapses between sex and drug administration. But it is reasonably effective for up to 120 hours and perhaps longer. However, you should remember that it is more effective the sooner it is taken after unprotected sex. But still it is not 100% effective and pregnancy is possible even after its proper and timely use. Anyway, if pregnancy occurs even after its use, you have another option of legal abortion.
Thanks
