Hi
Thanks for posting your concern on HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Plan-B pills.
Taken within 72 hours of
unprotected intercourse, the post coital
contraceptive pills (Plan-B) the chances of
pregnancy by are approximately 3-5%. Since you have executed Plan-B within 2 hours of unprotected sex, the chances of pregnancy will still be lower than the above mentioned figure.
Following are the side effects of Plan-B pills:
The most common side effects of Plan-B include nausea, vomiting,
abdominal pain (cramps) headache and menstrual irregularities in the form of bleeding or clots which occur due to hormonal imbalances.
However, in view of your trouble urinating problem there is a strong possibility of urine infection involving the urethra or
urinary bladder causing an urgency to urinate but difficulty in passing the urine.
So, you need to visit a doctor for the urine analysis and the treatment using a course of appropriate antibiotics to eliminate the infection.
Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids, you may also to take Sodium citrate solution which reduces the painful urination.
Hope these suggestions could be useful in getting the treatment for urine infection.
Regards.
