Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B After Intercourse Without Ejaculation?

So had unprotected sex Saturday and the condom broke but there was no ejaculation. I took the plan b pill immediately after it happened and so it s been a week and a day since then. My period was suppose to be the 22nd but I have also had the flu and have been taking antibiotics. Am I pregnant? Or is my period just late?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Plan B is an emergency contraceptive pill. It would protect against pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of its intake.
Accordingly, your schedule of periods could get postponed or advanced.
Taking antibiotics for flu should not have any effect on its cpurse of action.
Kindly wait for bleeding to happen, which ensures that you have not conceived.
In case bleeding doesn't happen by 3 weeks, you need to take a urine pregnancy test and seek medical attention promptly.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
