Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Levonelle?

My period was due on Saturday 25th March and it stopped on Wednesday 29th March. Last Friday, which was 31st March, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He said that he ejected in me and told me to take the morning after pill. About 27 hours later I took Levonelle. It has been about 7 hours since I have taken it and I got no side effects, I m feeling completely normal. What could it be? Also will the levonelle be lost through urine and feces? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Chances for you to conceive is remote as you had intercourse in non-fertile period and has also taken the emergency contraceptive pill within specified time. Kindly wait for withdrawal bleeding to happen.

You need to get bleeding within a week after taking emergency contraceptive pill. If you do not get bleeding even after 10 days, kindly take a urine pregnancy test and consult obstetrician for further evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
