Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking I-pill?

Hi I m a 25 y/o. I had problem of pcos in 2013 which reduced in 2015. I have been having regular periods from almost an year. The last I had my periods was on may 17 till may 24 with very heavy flow. on may 26 I had sex but I m pretty sure he didn t ejaculate inside me. Still I took ipill within 10 hours. Fast forward 15 days I was in serious accident n was given a very high dose of antibiotics for 14 days. I expected a delay in periods because of contraceptive so didn t mind much. But now it s almost been two months since last period. I had an increased vaginal discharge just clear stuff. N from three days pinkish clear discharge. I got scared n took pregnancy test which was negative. I m worried is there something serious going on. I am going to travel for 3 months in 15 days n a little scared. What should I do?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
A negative pregnancy test and the fact that you took I-pill within the delay excludes pregnancy. Many medical conditions can make you not to have your menses. Some of these causes include:
-Taking of contraceptive pills
-Stress after the accident
-Hormonal imbalances some of which may be induced by PCOS.
I will suggest given the many possibilities, you visit your Gynecologist for evaluation before travelling. There may not be a problem but you will need to be reassured by your Gynecologist and may be with some tests including a pelvic ultrasound.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
