Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having Spotting Along With Negative UPT?

Hi my period is approx 7 days late, i am now at day 41, I had cramps as usual a little worse than normal and on day 37 I thought my period had arrived as there was a small amount of blood when I wiped but nothing since then. I have done two home pregnancy tests and both were negative. I have no other real symptoms.

You may or may Not be pregnant in this case as a Missed or late period happen for many reasons other than pregnancy. Common causes can range from hormonal imbalances to serious medical conditions

however spotting can be a sign of implantation and it is common to have a false negative home pregnancy test

so If you've missed your period and are experiencing pregnancy symptoms, but have a negative pregnancy test result, ask your GP for a blood test to check your hormone levels, which should help to clarify the situation

i would strongly suggest you to see a Gynecologist to rule out the cause for you
