Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Being On Birth Control Pills?

My boyfriend and I had sex on Feb.7th I was on my period but I was barely bleeding because it was about time for it to end . Well, the condom broke and we stopped immediately (his cum went everywhere). I got Plan B in less than 12 hours and it s been 2 days since I took it. I know it s early but I m still very worried. Could I be pregnant? I was 165 on Feb.7 and on Feb.8 I was 162.. I don t know how that happened but now I m 160.. Am I safe??

I really appreciate your concern, chances of pregnancy is very less still you have to be very careful in case of amenorrhea if you do not have menses still few weeks then you have to get done the pregnancy test hope this information helps.
