Is Pregnancy Possible By Having Unprotected Sex During Ovulation?

I had sex during ovulation 11days ago..i am.supposed to start my period in 4 days. I started getting symptoms of a yeast infection 2 days ago, yesterday it got worse and i used monistat. Then today i started bleeding. I took two pregnancy tests yesterday that said positive and one that said negative. Any ideas?

Hello, thanks for writing in.
Yes there is a possibility of pregnancy if you have intercourse around your ovulation time- it's the fertile period.
If you have had a positive and negative test both, I would recommend you wait for 5 days and repeat the test , or you can go for an ultrasound a week after you have your missed period date.
The bleeding if it's slight maybe related to a pregnancy- called implantation bleed.
Pregnancy causes hormonal changes and change in the normal vaginal flora as well, and can cause a thrush infection.
I suggest you wait for a few days to confirm. Meanwhile eat healthy, take your multivitamins and try not to worry.
