General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Best period of pregnancy is 14 days before menses if you conceive (12 to 17th day). Postinor shows 85% prevention in pregnancy, so still may need HCG test or pregnancy test other 2 don't have role in pregnancy, take counseling also from physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
