General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, pregnancy is possible if you have one fallopian tube healthy, at least one ovary is functioning, you are menstruating regularly with ovulation.

If you had unprotected sex & were neither on regular CP & nor took emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours of unprotected sex then you can be pregnant.

If you have missed periods then get urine/blood test for pregnancy done. You are suggested to visit a gynae, get clinically examined & get all your tests done. Get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
