General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Cervical lordosis is not commonly related to positive ANA test.
It is more commonly related to stress, neck strain, obesity, thinning of bone tissue, and improper posture.
These factors should be evaluated through examination by your physician.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
