Is Persistent Swelling In Legs, Fingers And Stomach Indicative Of Hormonal Problem?

hi I have a swollen stomach all of the time and my legs swell and fingers as well what could it be I think that its just a hormonal thing but would this be a allways reason then? i do also have wind and I was born with a digestive problem which was corrected through an operation where I could not enough swallow food thank you

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of abdominal bloating swelling of the fingers and leg following a previous surgery for indigestion I am suggesting that you developed a protein loosing enteropathy manifesting a hypoproteinemic state (low blood protein)

I don't believe this is hormonal so please do the following test serum protein abdominal scan to enhance the diagnosis

Hence please see your physician with the result as well as nutritional specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate dietary prescription
