Hello dear Understand your concern I think it is due to trauma that produce breast hematoma. Injury to blood vessels lead leakage of blood and collected under breast tissue produce red mark. But it should be differentiated from the breast abscess and seroma due to surgery complication. So consult the surgeon Confirm the hematoma by USG and Mmography If small just require clinical observation If large need drainage and excision Continuous follow up for resolution of hematoma is also required.
