Is Paramedian Right Retrocerebellar Arachnoid Cyst Displacing The Adjacent Right Cerebellar Hemisphere A Concern?
For the last three months I feel like I m slipping on a water spill or getting on a moving sidewalk. MRI shows stable presumably incidental paramedian right retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst (pea size) mildly displacing the adjacent right cerebellar hemisphere and remodeling the adjacent occipital calvarium. Next move is appointment with a neurologist. Could this cyst be causing the imbalance issue?
