Is Paracetamol, Ciprohan, BC Lac, Reclimet And Hyponidd Right Medication While Having Diabetes?

my father age is 58 years and he is a diabetic patient (type2). Now he is suffering with fever and is varying from 101 to 103 since last 3 days. now he is using the following medicines
1) paracetamal 650 (daily two times)
2) ciprohan 500 (daily two times)
3) BC lac (daily one time)
4) Reclimet (daily two times)
5) Hyponidd (daily two times)

please give the guidence for reduce the fever
