Is Pain In Upper Arm Muscle An Indication Of Onset Of Frozen Shoulder?

Hello, I have pain in my upper right arm muscle which feels like the start of the frozen shoulder Zi had in the left one two years ago after falling down the stairs and breaking my collar bone, however this time no injury is involved. I need help to avoid frozen shoulder please, or do you think it could be something else?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having starting of frozen shoulder on right shoulder joint.
Go for x-ray shoulder joint for osteoartheritis of joint.
Go for physiotherapy regularly for long time as advised by physiotherapist.
