Is Pain In Finger A Symptom Of Heart Stroke?

hello my left hand ring finger vein is hurting since yesterday. i feels like it is being pulled tight. i have no other symptoms. last week my doctor told me that my BP is a little high like 10/94. i am not able to decide if my left hand vein is a cause for concern. i heard that this could be a precursor for a stroke or a heart attack. it feels a little scary. thanks for your time today
