Is Pain And Heaviness In The Head Due To Aneurysm?

I was told that I had an aneurysm during a MRI examination. Later I took an X ray where dye was used to check for this aneurysm again. I was then told I did not have it, yet I am feeling pressure in the middle of my head, side and back of head. Also waking up with headache. One morning I woke up feeling like a load was on my right side of head. I had to hang to the right side because the load was heavy. Also I get muscle spasm in my feet and every night and early morning. I am also losing weight.
